A: We ship packages 4x per week by air & 1x per week by sea.

A: Customs fee will be applied to packages valued at 100USD or more.

A: All customers are required to use their assigned mailbox numbers in order to avoid delays, e.g. PSJ00000

A: We do not open packages. The Jamaica Customs inspects & verifies contents against invoices, then reseals with tape.

A: Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons inclusive of swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meats, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash, Perishable goods, etc.
